February 2009 In an effort to help continue to promote this wonderful breed we are holding a fundraising auction toward that purpose. All monies raised will go to the benefit, support and promotion of Nigerian Dwarf goats at the National Show level. Supporting Nigerians at the National level benefit all Nigerian breeders by advancing the recognition of this wonderful breed. Thank you all for your generosity in supporting the Nigerian Dwarf Goat! We are raising funds to promote Nigerian Dwarfs and ANDDA to goat
owners in general and to Sponsor Programs and awards to our members.
More specifically to promote ANDDA at the ADGA National
Convention and National Show,
the AGS National Show and Convention, and major shows and fairs throughout the
USA.
The American
Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Association (ANDDA) is a national breed
club on par with Alpines International, the American LaMancha Club,
the International Nubian Breeders Association, the Oberhasli Breeders
of America, the National Saanen Breeders Association or the National
Toggenburg Club. Its purpose is to support the breed, not to serve as
a registry.
The purpose of this Association, which is to operate exclusively as a non-profit organization, is to promote and ensure the continued vitality of the Nigerian Dwarf goat as a true miniature dairy breed by:
and the circulation of useful information, news and ideas.
Cooperating with other
organizations in the development of the dairy goat industry in
general.
